Same, what annoys me even further as well was that I could have gotten as tall as my father; or taller but I would watch youtube and scroll forums instead of sleeping. And lifting heavy at a young age which probably fused my growth plates

Pretty much 6ft. Probably 6'1 at his peak. I am 5'10 now and haven't grown in many years. 5'6 is brutal animecel, trvcel trait

but yeah I remember tracking my height using a door and permanent marker to jot down a line where I was. It was depressing seeing that line suddenly stop at one point and just never budge an inch. Then my bitch of a mother would constantly compare my height with relatives making me feel even worse

I rarely see relatives, but when I do my mother compares my height to them as well.

People say stretching if you have never stretched before, you can add an inch or so onto your height. I personally haven't tried it but worth looking into. Apparently david goggins gained 4 inches by doing it haha

I stopped at like sixteen 5'6 fml before that I stayed 5'0 and got off Ritalin Jew pills when I found it could make me shorter at fourteen, I remember being in school telling the nurse no . I'm happy I at least got off that gay shit before my growth spurt just to think it could have been even worse.
