I've been working a lot all week (I'm in HS, I make minimum wage, inb4 wagecuck) trying to pick up as many hours this week as possible to avoid it, and we just picked up a new hire who's first shift was on Valentine's Day. He had a jawline as weak as mine and looked just as 4/10 as me. It felt validating. This was someone else who was so afraid of the pain of Valentine's Day that he literally got a job to avoid it. We had an ok chat, too. Made me feel slightly less awful after I watched my whole senior class fucking suck face.
