With my old provider/system, I'd be lucky to get 2 Mbps download.
With NBN, I now get 38 Mbps download. I can actually torrent movies in an hour, rather than over a few days. Sad thing is it makes no difference as I do nothing but read shitty forums, and never require such a high speed.
