The warnings typically expire within a month. It only adds up to a ban if you accumulate enough to hit 100% before the old ones expire. Another thing you personally could do to avoid further warnings is take the time to proofread your posts. Your posts are littered with spelling and grammar errors that make them almost completely unreadable at times.

When you reach higher warning levels the system automatically implements cool down temp bans. Eg. Off the top of my head I believe it's 60% 1 day. 70% 2 day. 80% 3 day. 90% 4 day. 100% permanent.

I'm a big offender on this one. Using Grammarly extension helps to correct spelling errors. My sentences structure still uses my own style of English syntax.
Also there is the energy conservation part...if you are an incel, you probably occupy a certain point on the depression spectrum. Depression essentially being a "low energy state" of the body. Your body is in a energy conservation mode, so typing out coherent well-punctuated sentences(which cost additional energy to do) becomes a battle in which you cannot really attain a victory in, rather all you can do is just hope to prolong the battle before you are ultimately defeated.

There is a degree of forgiveness when someone is obviously not a native English speaker. I'm amazed by how well some people do here with very little English. No one's going to penalize that. But if you're obviously an English speaker and are capable of writing coherently but yet instead choose to spam the site with garbage no one can read you're gonna get banned because no one wants a forum full of gibberish.
This is not about writing an essay for English class. It's just about basic decent coherent communication.

Maybe. But we can't let people drive this forum into shit over empathy. People get depressed. People get angry. People live. People die. That's beyond the scope of the site or our control. People may get therapeutic benefits from posting here. But this isn't a therapy site. It's a discussion site about inceldom. Discussion can only occur if people are willing to put the most basic energy into communicating coherent ideas.
People who aren't interested in doing that will have to go elsewhere or they can just quietly read if they can't contribute productively.
