What is the elevator pill?

There is a foid at the elevator and you are both waiting to go up but once the elevator comes she will wait for the next one instead because she doesn't want to be with you in the same elevator.

This has happened to me 3 times in the last few months.

I remember once wearing some perfume and I made some foids cough in the elevator. They were probably faking bc I have asthma and cough easily but I didn't.
