1) What prevents you from walking 1.5-2 hrs a day? Walking is how most fat fucks get into some physical activity before jumping to running/cycling/gym etc. You're probably just lazy, like most of us.
2) A lot depends not only on the type of food, but on quantities. For the starters, cut your servings in half, even if it is junk food. Avoid unnecessary desserts and all sweet drinks, replace them with water. All simple steps, but we won't do it anyway lol

From walking? I live near blacks and will get mauled by pitbulls off their leash or get mugged. I usually do cardio on an exercise bike to lose some extra calories but cardio doesn’t matter much. If i had a job during the day there would be no need for cardio.
Dude i’ve literally lost almost 100 pounds from 2019-2020 and have been on many diets but gained it all back cuz my family member had to fuck up and we lost our house and my diet got fucked plus feeling like my life was over after i couldn’t get my gaming pc in 2021 so i made an account on here and just gave up on life.

Just lose weight. You can still enjoy food. You get the same pleasure out of food whether you eat 100 calories or 1000. Just eat slower and control portions. Or do intermittent fasting. And lift a couple of times per week. Problem solved. It's as easy as it sounds. And I say this as a whale myself. I know I can change it easily with a little effort.
