No. You can get penile infections form not washing your PP and honestly I have not washed it in a long time. I've also been to a lot of public toilets recently and used urinals so.... that has probably something to do with it.

I do not think that it is an STI, it is an infection but I have not been to a doctor so I can not tell what it is.
