This goes back to when I worked at a country club some years back, in the nice summers of the SouthWestern JewSA ofc. 
I wasn't blackpilled at the time ofc, more rather a mix of redpill & bluepill I'd personally say. As such, I believed that everyone had to be a "good person" and that if they weren't, they were just a shit person & nothing other than them being a shit person was to blame, right?
That was my mindset at the time, and it explains how I perceived a manager I had.
I haven't grown since then, and he was about 5'5-5'4 I'd say, iirc. He also was a ginger-ish guy, since he didn't get burnt but had strawberry blonde hair and also blueish-greenish eyes. He also had a very sort of "tough guy" demeanor about him, which checks out considering he's originally from the MidWest & also played baseball in high school & college. Face wise, he was around MTN I'd say. However, his height as well as his nasally voice made him a target for jokes from co-workers especially those around my age. I even heard a few foids there talking shit about him, though some also did some to respect him to some degree due to his overall demeanor.
The guy was a complete dick at times, you had to really be hauling ass -as we say here- when he was around. He also had a tendency to yell & even cuss at us for any kind of error. Ofc, I wasn't initially impressed by this, with myself & various others resenting him. Though as time progressed, he did become better overall & we even sort of were able to joke with one another- we actually had a surprisingly very similar taste in humor.
I'm not sure if he was Incel, though he never mentioned much of his personal life in general, though with these stats & hypergamy nowadays I'd say there's a solid chance he is.
After being blackpilled, I fully get him now: In a way, he likely was similar to me in many aspects growing up. Not just in terms of social struggles, but also through his general characteristics. I was only mocked for height on a few occasions though, whereas I imagine it was all too often for him. He was kicked down by life, and probably in a way saw himself being a "dick" to us as him in a way "getting back" for those who mocked him.
I kinda wish I could contact him almost, I feel a few years later now, me & him would be very good friends.
