Yeah a lot are mentalcels but I think being socially isolated is the biggest hurdle. I used to know a guy who was 6/10, making good money and fairly NT, and he could have casual sex once in a while but never get a girlfriend. It's because he had very few friends, who were all single guys.

The average and below average guys you see with girlfriends, yes they're probably NT and have other things going for them, but probably they met their girlfriend either in school, or via a friend who set them up. Probably a close female friend, I don't think guys do that with each other.
