This life is such a fucking scam. Over 9 - 9.25 hours of sleep, a little higher than "muh scientific recommended amount" and I STILL had difficulty waking up the next day. Still feel the same after a typical night of 5-6 hours. Total bullshit. Maybe its just because this is my highest level of sleep on a school night. Previous highest was 7 - 7.25 hours I think.

If I manage a full school week of sleeping 8 - 9.5 hours per night (8hr BARE MINIMUM) and I still feel like shit, this life is an actual scam.

From the wikipedia link (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Average_human_height_by_country) it seems the average for men aged 25-34 is 177.8cm (measured at 2011-2012 IIRC). Do you have a measurement website that shows percentiles if the average height is 177.8cm?
