I don't know/care about politics, but I am extremely argumentative in real life, so I can provide some insight.

Personally, I hate hearing people share opinions that I strongly disagree with and am generally very critical towards others viewpoints. I often just voice my criticisms because I have a strong urge to correct others (yes, I know I am immature and a loser for this).

Oftentimes, I don't even intend to get into arguments. I'll just say something unintentionally inflammatory and an argument develops from there.
