I don't even want to call those as "jobs", the company or any sort of organisation will absolutely have no problem to keep working without them.

They love to use some retarded normie soy buzzwords and always do terrible things(i even hope that they do nothing rather than doing their "works"), and even getting higher salary and bonuses with normie politics while STEMcels are too socially awkward to require higher compensation.
