Not only do my neighbors and housemates have to be loud as SHIT having a party every single weekend (including today ALL DAY LONG), but they are fucking smoking cigarettes and lighting fireworks so if I want to cool my room off it fills my fucking room with smoke.

i know your pain because i am living in the hood right now and it's blasting music all day and my neighbors smoke weed and cigarettes in their rooms, and if not, they open their windows and it goes into mine when i have my window open because i dont have AC in my unit either. its fucked.
