For about half a year ago I started to learn chess. It all started when I saw old people in the park playing chess with 3D-figures. It mades me curious because they were vibing and chilling without any disturbance from outside, by playing a simple strategy game. There was some hype coursing around so I started to watch chess Youtubers with their beginner lessons. From then on I strated practicing nearly every day. I participated on some online tournaments but nothing dramatic. I love this game. It brings so much joy to my life and keeps me a little bit away of becoming insane in this cruel world.

Been playing it since I was a kid, like 95 lol. It's a good cope, not that I'm very good at it

Good, i'm proud of you. If you have the time and money, learn a martial art. That way, If Chad ever insults you, just show him your blackbelt and he will cry like a bitch.

I’m more of a checkers player

based high iq autotrucel, keep at it and you'll soon be a sentinel

My father and I used to play and he thoroughly smashed me every game we had

never touched chess again

I was enjoying coping with online pool until I found out that the app was rigged against people who didn't buy coins.

Man I started playing chess at the age of 9 and I was pretty good at it. Best player in my school and used to beat older kids regularly but then I gave up after 4 years and started coping with muh cricket and I wasn't even good at it but all my friends used to play and I felt left out so I gave up on chess entirely and when I got into it later in high school I wasn't the best player anymore :feelsbadman: haven't played a single game in 4 years. :feelsrope:

I'm the greatest chessman to ever touch a pawn

whats your rating on chess.om or are you a lichess player? Seriously chess is an underrated cope. Also a mental sport where aspies and lunatics find some escape. You can literally spend days playing this game. However losing is always ragefuel :feelsdevil:

chess gives me anxiety, pretty good cope though

Glad you found a nice cope :ha..feels:
I'm personally too low IQ for chess, but its pure life fuel to have something you're geniuenly interested in.

the dating pool is rigged against people who didn't grow jawlines during puberty

is it a waste of brainpower

I suck at chess, I know the rules but I have no idea of playing it well so against a serious player I would get rekt kek. "A game of chess, is like a sword fight. You must think first, before you move" :feelshehe:

I like chess, I played it a lot as a child.

I went to a farewell party for a college classmate (one of the few "parties" I ever went to), and the guy was super into chess and he wanted to play me. He blundered his knight and I absolutely beat him. A girl was like "how can you lose against him?". Get fuckn rekt

This is a good cope. There's a game called 5D chess with multiverse time travel on steam, it's pretty good. I recommend it if you like chess but it's pretty complicated.
