Basically fought against myself It's easy to kill them though just use the sniper to look for their weak spots.

Play the original first. You can find the remastered version on the playstation store.
The Verdugo is scarier than the rengenerators though.

The Regenerators and Iron Maidens were great. Definitely one of the creepiest BOWs in the RE games.
