Welcome to Incels.is - Involuntary Celibate Forum

Welcome! This is a forum for involuntary celibates: people who lack a significant other. Are you lonely and wish you had someone in your life? You're not alone! Join our forum and talk to people just like you.

I for one welcome our new 100% kid-friendly, ID-gated internet

Is the internet headed this way? Safe for kids, and you need ID to unlock adult stuff?

lol, I don't really. I think it's silly.

But do you think this is where the net is now going? I'll make this a poll :)

Parents should be responsible for their childrens' internet activities, not the government. All this does is lead to reduced privacy for adult users. Children will still find ways to circumvent it if they so desire. Data leaks and information collection are both very real, and ID laws serve to increase the impact of each.

Of course, the government doesn't actually care about child safety, and especially not the privacy of the average adult. They just want to monitor the activity of all adults because they view population control as paramount.

Yeah man, I don't want my pornography preference to be tied with my real life identity. It's fine at least a VPN for now fixes this issue until everywhere else does the same shit.

Yeah I don't think it's really about protecting kids either.

lol imagine if we all had to declare our porn preferences when in mainstream society.

There's always gonna people who just don't comply like some dude running some scat fetish site in Vietnam or whatever. Ironic that these laws drive kids into less regulated spaces on the clearweb or migrate to places such as Tor.

Internet gets worse as the government polices it. Before stuff use to be around for years, now stuff gets taken down quickly by tech companies. A lot of forums now have to go private because some kike, faggot, femoid will get upset and email the host.

At least the hamster forum is back online, lol

They went offline for a while I think because of the Online Safety Act.

I don't know if I'd want to run a forum in the UK these days tbh.

The only goal is to eliminate the remaining anonymity on the internet and create the completely transparent user who can be quickly and effectively punished for violations of Orwell's Newspeak law (which is nowadays called "hate speech").

The Ministry of Truth, whose narrative is dictated by the gentlemen with the funny noses, is always right and tolerates no dissent from the goyim.

It was never about pornography and youth protection; that's all just a distraction and a pretext.
