The universe's indifference to our suffering is rooted in its vast, unfeeling nature. It operates through laws of physics and cosmic processes that are entirely impersonal. Stars form, explode, and die, galaxies collide and drift apart, black holes consume everything in their path. These events happen on scales so immense that human life, with its emotions and experiences, is a barely detectable blip.

Our suffering is not a factor in the grand unfolding of the cosmos. The universe doesn’t adjust or take notice of our joys, pains, or struggles. Whether we are suffering or thriving, the Earth continues its rotation, the stars continue to shine, and time moves forward relentlessly. This realization can be a sobering reminder of how small we are in the face of cosmic forces.

Time, as it flows, has no pause button for grief or loss. Days turn into nights, seasons change, and years pass without regard for what happens in the lives of living beings. Our struggles, no matter how deeply felt, exist within a reality where time moves forward without acknowledging them.

The sun rises after a sleepless night, and spring follows a harsh winter, indifferent to whether we find peace or not.

There is no God. No heaven. No hell. Just the endless ticking of a clock.

tbh it makes you think logically

thats beautiful, but tbh it makes it feel like rope makes more sense i guess

the blackpill has some nihilistic elements, mainly that nothing matters. life is all about the genetics you were dealt with and everything else is just extra.

Yeah, but who gives a shit?
It's of no interest to me how the world will move on even after I die, or how nature does not take my issues into its account. It's completely unimportant to me and my life. I don't care about the unfeeling nature of time. It's irrelevant to me the fact that the Earth will continue to rotate despite what I feel or think.
I've never understood this type of nihilist.

It's same type as redditors who say that we are just cosmic dust, but don;t dare to say N WORD !!!!

I wonder if bears or monkeys or any other animals hold to a philosophy

There are other ways to view life, which is why it’s a philosophy
Yes, but nihilism is far more scientific and higher IQ than others, obviously

This shit again?

I don't care. Why should I? It doesn't involve me and it doesn't affect me. It's completely irrelevant to me and my existance.

Why should I care? Why should I give a shit about things in such a great scale when I have a completely limited human one? Might as well ask yourself why ants don't debate geopolitics.

And why does any of what you said matter?
Is this really nihilism? ""Positive nihilism"" like this just seems like standard neoliberal optimism rebranded. I sincerely fail to understand how the universe moving on regardless of humanity's will should be relevant to me at all, given how I do not see life under such grand scales, and how it will never affect me personally.
