I used to fap 3+ times a day but recently decided to only do it once a day. Now I'm slowly doing it every other day. It's not to try and quit but increase the pleasure. The longer withdrawals makes coming feel much better. It was hard at first but after like a week or two I got used to it and tbh it feels much better. I suggest giving it a try. Might not be for everyone though so I'm not claiming this is some universally good thing.
