Gaming i feel the urge to destroy

i like those kind of games in which you can manipulate and destroy objects tbh

For example this game called Control im playing rn
Sometimes i just spend half an hour autistically destroying stuff


Or back when i used to play battlefield 3 , loved the destructible environment

sometimes i didnt even play the game properly ,
i just shot at buildings with an RPG or a Tank while my Team lost the match ... good times .

I also liked Dark messiah of might and magic ngl , but only for the fact that you could throw objects and kick enemies .

I literally played through the whole game just kicking enemies of a ledge or into spikes or throwing boxes at them until they died .

Can anyone relate ?

Not really it’s an really old game but it was fun when I was a child.

when i was a child i used to love playing games and really immerse myself in those worlds

but nowadays , i can't lose myself in them anymore ,
even when i play them , all i think about is how those games are just another way of cope
just another scheme to prey on our ape brains though the use of instant gratification
