My nose is so blocked I can't even breathe out of it so I have to mouth breathe instead. My temperature feels high as fuck as well. Fell asleep a couple hours ago and now I've ended up randomly waking up at 3am because of it. Fuck this

Apply a shit tonne of vaporub all over your nose and under your eyes. Like lather that shit on.
Also you can pinch your nose and hold your breath. The longer you hold the better. Your body thinks you're dying so it clears the sinuses. This becomes less effective with time though.
