It's Over I feel lonely

I spend the majority of my time alone at home.

. Last year I decided to dorm at the college I’m attending in hopes of making friends. I saved up and spent the year in a dorm room.

I ended up feeling even more lonely than usual. When I’m at home I can at least have my parents around which makes me feel a bit less lonely. In the dorm room I was completely alone. I tried joining clubs but I never actually made any friends in them.

My loneliness makes me depressed. Not sure what to do now.

Yeah I try my best to distract myself and it works during the day. But at night during dinner time and before bed i have nothing to do so i feel very lonely

I made a few acquaintances at college during my previous semester, though that was in person. I’m doing online courses this semester and it’s unbearably lonely
