I hate to have acne It seems like this shit will not end for me, my face always has a spot with acne, I'm already getting bald but acne does not stop and it starts to appear up in the places that Im balding.

Same for me, sometimes I think that my skin is showing signs if no more acne, and in a day or two I get a ton of new pimples of varying sizes. At this point I've had them for most of my life and have realized that they will never leave me.

I was breaking out well into my 30's until I added 2.5% benzoyl peroxide to my tretinion routine, they each do a different job (BP kills bacteria, tret boosts cell turnover and thus clears out pores) and used together they cleared me up within a month, haven't had so much as a teeny zit in literally years now. But you need to moisturize like a boss else you'll dry your shit out and make things even worse.
