I have been so depressed lately. This „s*x education“ class advertisement in one of jewuniversity‘s groupchats was a fatal blow to my self esteem. I feel like I am drowning in my mind, in my thoughts. „Sinking feeling“ , you know what I am saying ? I think I have started experiencing derealization. My entire body hurts, all I do is traverse across the room sneak peeking in the windows just to see groups of sexhaving teenagers go by laughing and having a good time… i have never been this low mentally and physically. I feel defeated

I've been getting this EXACT same feeling of sinking into the abyss as well. I am a complete failure and totally doomed and because of that my despair, suffering, and depression is very bad right now. Already on a high dosage of antidepressants but they're not helping because things are really bad with me.
