I feel horrible everyday when I wake up in the morning

I live alone ,have no friends . I feel like hell every morning when I wake up from sleep .

I don't live alone as I live in a houseshare but my situation is similar I guess.

I just try to be positive and constructive I suppose. Small steps in a good direction every day and... hopefully eventually I'll get somewhere.

I mostly work on my health, finances and social life.

The only time it feels especially bad in life for me is when I feel like I'm making no real progress at all, because that can be quite concerning >.<
