I feel dazed all the time and don't even know how to clean the floor

I'm not able to do basic things, I was always very inept and thwre's nothing I really can do.
I'm uncoordinated and I'm slow...I don't know if its low iq or autism.
Younger guys at work are more capable than me; they tell me what to do because I have problems with problem solving and I block when I work.
I feel sedated all the time; I'm not quick on my feet.

I think they conspirated with the shower and the window to the east side of the house
