Opposed to sleeping more than 12 hours and still feeling more tired than when I went to bed.....
 
The question is when do you start sleeping if you get 12 hours?

The time between 10pm-2 am is the time span where you have the most restful sleep


You should also use blue light filters at least 1,5 hours before you go to bed or disable all electronic screens completely


You can also reset your biological clock if that doesn't work
 
I generally don't like to waste my life sleeping either tbh
