That’s the problem itself, you expect women who majority of the time can not do the job and allow them to do it because there’s one “exception.” Let’s say you have a bunch of strong intelligent male candidates and then you just have one female who’s “capable” and able to do the bare minimum, who are you going to choose? The one who probably shouldn’t even be in the room or the one who has an efficient work ethic?
Employment of females is literally a numbers game to companies and if there wasn’t a social stigma most companies would cut women out almost completely.
