They may cluster together, but this is in comparison to all races in the world: All these groups are genetically composed of different groups, & have enough differences in terms of phenotypes, genetic makeup, etc. to be considered different races even if they have some similarities.
For example, Europeans(Meds, North, and Slav) all are rich in ANF/EEF, Yamnaya/Steppe, and WHG. Whilst Arabs are rich in Natufian & Iranian Neolithic DNA; Curries also have AASI substantially which is basically Australian Aborigine DNA.
All of this of course will affect phenotype -as well as mental functioning- thus placing enough differences to make them different races.

ANF originally shared more alleles with SHG/Yamnaya. It is true that it does have some Natufian in it, but it's not as much compared to actual MENAs.
Most African DNA is still relatively similar I believe.
