Hate should depend on context and that's for everything not only different races, hate isn't something that disappears once something is come or gone, it's static. I'd say if you had bad experiences with them then fair enough, I believe that hate is justified. However if you're living in India where there's no Blacks at all except a few students then you're acting out pure pride, basically how normies behave, which I detest because the same people would made fun of me for being an incel, I have been bullied by these types of normies my entire life.

The same logic applies for every other race, if you're around Chinks for long enough then their inhumane soulless mentality will have you have something against them, it seems stupid at first but it's because hate is intrinsic to humans. Just because a major problem is gone doesn't mean the hate in your mind magically goes away, it will only be directed at something else once a new problem arises.
