A diet of soft, processed foods and lethargy has ruined the physiognomy of the human specimen, and we appear ugly for it. Nature has an innate criterion of aesthetics. Aesthetics is theoretical whereas ethics is practical; aesthetics is bound to objective judgment, as opposed to the subjective observation of ethical conduct.
Aesthetics = Synthetic
Ethics = Analytical
The connections relating the perceptive reality that is with the nature which underlies what ought to be are undeniable, and that this connection exists by necessity substantiates valuations of appearance as predicated on an unseen yet all-encompassing truth—one that is comparable in character to the Logos of Heraclitus and the Good of Plato.
