Discussion I disagree with Rehab Rooms's new video about overpopulated cities and the third world

In Rehab Rooms's newest video he states that culture is the reason why third world countries are shit holes. I disagree. Although, culture does play a part, genes are the biggest factor. If someone is born with an IQ of 70-80, they are incapable of achieving anything close to someone with a 100+ IQ without heavy supervision. The average IQ in India is 76. When almost everyone has an IQ so low, safety and living standards are going to decrease.
It can't all be blamed on a population that's too big. China (despite being shitty in comparison to let's say America) has much better living standards than India despite having a population over one billion. Why is this the case? The average Chinese IQ is 107.
And bringing these genetically unlucky people from third world countries to the west won't fix the issue...

Yes. That certainly could happen, but it's extremely unlikely. Most people living in third world countries that have a higher IQ will be born into wealthier and more well off families.

The example he used of Indians not following the rules because of their culture. He didn't go deep enough.
The reason the culture sucks and India is a low trust society full of scammers is because Indians lack character. Character is genetic. You need to look at the root causes and not surface level analysis to find out uncomfortable truths.
