Then this older auntie asked me to give up my seat. I hesitated for a bit but in the end, I didn’t give it up. It wasn’t even priority seats, and tbh I was struggling just to find one for myself.

I always make sure to give up my seat before boomers even ask. if I see an elderly person who is entering the train, I will get up.
Heck, I do this so often that I had to argue with a boomer to take my seat. In the end he declined.
The thing is that I am a guest in this country called Germany and I can not afford to behave like a total nigger. Even in Romania I would give up my seat because the elderly deserve some respect.
