I have a fever RN cause incel inmune system has sperged again on the season, brutal.

One of the worst things i think i have is having mental illness, i pity any other brocels that have to deal with this shit, the amount of times i've felt i can't control my brain and have paranoia episodes or outboursts or shit its exhauting, i can't even be at peace cause idk whats gonna happen the next day, out of nowhere i may sperg out and delete shit or self harm or whatever.

Any other brocels here diagnosed with shit like this?, like mania, BPD, schizoid, idk

I don't have any official mental health diagnoses like that, but I've definitely felt like I lost control before. It's scary when your own mind turns against you like that.

I am diagnosed with asperger syndrome and obsessive-compulsive disorder, they also said I have a "schizoid personality construction" but from what I understood they don't diagnose a personality disorder if the symptoms can be explained by something else (ass burgers in my case). I also have anxiety that disables my brain in certain situations.

I’m extremely mentally ill. I’ve attempted 10+ times. This is my first post, not a great one honestly, but I just need to get shit off my chest. I a psychotic and delusional, autistic, and just overall depressed. Yeah.
