I don't know, I've tried blocking shutting off my electronics before I go to bed, I've tried making my room pitch dark (Science shows that you sleep faster when there is no light), I've tried counting to 10 and thinking of relaxing places, Ive tried listening to ambience, I've tried sleeping in new positions, I've tried fapping religiously to decrease stamina.
