I can't swing my arms while walking

I don't understand my physical problem.
I am not able to walk like a normal human because it is always so cringe when I walk normally.

My arms are not swinging because I don't know where to put my arms during walk. Sometimes I scratch my nose or I play around with my zipper of the jacket.

sometimes i even try to force the swing, but then it looks so unrhytmic that everyone sees i'm walking like an idiot.

i'm so retarded that i wasn't even able to realize that. and once something happened to me because of that but i don't want to tell it because i'm too embarrassed. also a classmate told me that i looked like i was limping. i mean it's something with the movement of arms and walking. i'm a damn defective entity from the factory.
