Exaggerated sallivation is due to anxiety/stress. I hear dog barks even on my head when the dog is not actually barking.

I quit coffee completely these past 2 weeks (used to drink 3-4 mugs a day apx.), I sleep a little faster now, and now that the cold is coming sleep quality is much improved.
