Most of the time when people are saying something reassuring that is presented as "wisdom," it's completely the opposite.

I can't believe people are still telling high schoolers and college students they have "plenty of time to figure it out."

I guess it's partly because people have decided to postpone when people are considered "adults." It used to be about as soon as you reached your teens. Now your 20s are a time to "figure things out."

Good luck figuring things out while you graduate with student loan debts and no chance of ever working anything more than retail.

Good luck figuring things out while women - even prostitutes - reject you for being a virgin.

True. I studied meme degree because I got brainwashed by my hs teachers saying that I should study something which I'm passionate about.

Thank God I dropped out

Humans are selfish and they will say whatever makes themselves the most happy. Virtue signalling or one liners are socially accepted and it is the least amount of work for them. Because they don't care about what you need to figure out. It's your life.

My parents told me shit like "just smile more" or "even if you got plastic surgery, then you would still be YOU, so it wouldnt change anything. Work on your social skills.". They were lazy and they didn't care. Sadly I took their advice to heart :society:

my parents used to tell me that the time i need to have a gf or a wife is 30+ years old because in that time area my mind is fully developed but the problem is that the most members of my family are 45 years+ old virgins that never got any attention from femalos ever.
my 2 uncles are all virgins and 40+ old and they say this shit to me. they probably know that i am going to end up like them

Most of the greatest experiences in life, especially regarding foids, happen between 15-25 for the majority of people. If you missed out on the social interaction and raucous partying during that time, it's done, you'll never be able to get that pure feeling of being a extroverted and attractive teenager. Even if you magically ascended to Chad at 30, that carefree feeling will never happen. You'll never have that nostalgia. People just like to deny that fact to subhumans like us because they know that truth would be much too brutal for us (and for them too, a lot of the time), the extent to which lookism affects your life. There's a reason people talk about "peaking in high school". :feelsjuice:

Not true. I've done it twice. Most prostitutes only care about the money, and as long as you have basic hygiene they couldn't care less who you are. Escort sex is shit but you can definitely get it no matter how incel/ugly you are.

Spot on. I was told by a mental health professional that the things people do in college are "not meaningful", JFL.
You might not have babies or get married with someone in college (maybe that's what people see as "meaningful"), but as you said that carefree feeling is something you will always look back on.

Hold up, son. You don't have to be so brutal like that.

It's often depend on the source of 'wisdom'. E.g. I don't want to apply in my life wisdom of nerds/nerdy persons, because I don't want to end like them.
