I can't sleep if i don't shower before

My skin just itches and i feel dirt. Idfk why but that's how it is. I usually get 2 long showers, 10 mins each, one after i wake up and other before i sleep. Recently my dad has little money and he noticed I take too much time on the shower, so he said i can only shower 1 time 5 minutes. I already showered in the morning so i can't shower before sleeping. Now its 4am and i can't simply sleep. Fuck this shit.

I go 1-2 weeks in between showers almost each time and this is my routine for over 10 years now. I see no problem with it

you have germophobia/ocd probably, i am like you, but not as extreme, try to get it under control or it will get worse, starts showering only in the evenings. in the morning just wash your face wet and dry your hair and clean your ears and rinse your mouth after an hour or so you will feel fresh already without showering
