yesterday, i had this big surge of motivation to clean my bedroom/restroom thoroughly, it took me like 6 hours to finish cleaning my bed and restroom.(btw i was up past bedtime for 3 hours) and as i was trying to sleep i fucking couldn't lmao, i just kept tossing and turning for 4 hours straight and then i finally fell asleep for like 4 hours lmao, only to be interrupted by my fucking house dog barking at some stranger walking past the house like a mile away.

I have the same problem with not being able to fall asleep, I typically just stay awake nowadays until i'm too exhausted to stay awake any longer sometimes its a day or two before I sleep these days
