Woke up with the worst migraine ever, drank an energy drink and a cup of coffee, yet ended up vomiting because of the migraine

Should have never even started to drink this poison

how much do you take a day?

I assume around 400 milligrams. Yesterday I only drank one small cup of coffee so today I woke up with withdrawals.

Swear that caffeine withdrawals can be much harder to tolerate than many drug withdrawals, even though caffeine is seen as a harmless substance

Caffeine raises cortisol and ultimately even if it gives you focus, in the long-term its more harmful than useful. Its not that caffeine brings my energy levels above a certain baseline anymore, caffeine just brings me to that normal baseline now, and without it I feel like a slug.

You have to call it LAFFINE instead

Yeah I suffer from anxiety so this isn't exactly the best thing

Yeah I get what you mean, and this is the long-term issues it brings

I wish I could quit, but I just don't think I could or can ever, I've became too reliant on it

I managed to quit caffeine about 6 months ago after having drank coffee everyday for about a decade prior. It was pretty annoying, but the first few days are easily the hardest. You need to basically just pop ibuprofen all day for the first few days, otherwise you won't be able to get through it. Another thing I would definitely recommend is that you taper off before quitting cold turkey. If you're consuming 400mg a day it's gonna be much more painful to quit than if you manage to get that down to like 50mg a day.

Yeah I think I have to try to taper down during this christmas holiday. I think I'll do it slowly though. Its not like I'm in a hurry to quit but I'd prefer to get caffeine out of my life, since it doesn't really have benefits.

Of course its a glamorized and legalized psychoactive substance because it gives sheeple the energy to work harder, and it keeps them addicted. But objectively its just like every other stimulant, very harmful in the long term for your brains.
