RageFuel i cant go to korea long term anymore, need new plan

the fucking visa trolled me, they had 100 spots per year for long term visa, and they were fking out of spots when i wanted to apply..... i recently booked my tickets but i can only travel with normal visa now and if i want to rent an apartment i need atleast 6 months contract, i can maximally stay 3 months. in addition all apartments in korea have a high as fuck deposit........ I just booked a flight and hotel for 2 weeks now.... pretty annoyed i cant leave netherlands for good but atleast 2 weeks will give me a good idea of how it is there.

now my plan is to use the other saved money to go to another city and compare it, maybe also for like 10 days, and then see where i like it most so i can save up and try next year again for long term plan. where can u guys recommend for whitecel? should i go to bangkok? my budget is about 2500 euros

Do you care about girls or do you just want a nice stay? Go to bangkok if you want to get laid but you should visit Japan if you just want to enjoy the country. It is the most similar country to korea.

i will next year. i think if i start a job after my summer vacation, i get a nice apartment in the city overlooking the river, buy a motorbike, spend some more on outfits and upload nice travel pics + more confidence from having experience with girls, i will be in a good position to date girls back home. right now, i have worked hard enough for 4 years in uni and always had side jobs, so its about enjoying in summer at this point. recharging for new year

hm i just want a nice stay, but japan is super expensive. i was thinking to go there next year, when i can afford a 5 star hotel over there. in bangkok, with my money now, i can stay in 5 star hotel with direct flight and live like a king. also since its very different from Korea it might be good to compare the both. but yeah not sure yet. i will book this weekend or next week though

You really need to be in the rural areas to have a cheap trip and Tokyo is probably among the most expensive cities. I suppose you want to visit a big city, so I suppose bangkok is the way to go.

hmm yeah i think that should be it. highest standard of life relative to cheapest price. any shittier countries will become more crappy. im gonna sleep on it then decide. so far bangkok sounds fine. it will be relatively cheap and i can get out for a week or so, change my surroundings and have a nice relaxing time in a 5 star hotel and maybe meet some girls, see some sights, and eat some good food, and its not too long, so if i know i hate it i can go home soon, if i love it, i know i can go back later
