FOID 1: Personally, I dont actually equate incel to not-having-sex ect. Incel is usually seen as a mindset. You don't fit that mindset so you don't have anything to worry about on that front. If you wanna work on being less shy, communication skills and relationship skills DBT therapy helped me a lot.
