I have a bachelor's degree but no work experience, and it seems like 99% of jobs require years of experience. Even the shitty ones that pay close to minimum wage. All my applications just get rejected over and over. Fuck this bullshit I'm so angry, I don't want to be a NEET anymore but it seems like I have no choice.

Maybe try volunteering or something for the experience.

Oh you'll get used to it neetcel, I've already had over a hundred rejected applications and I'm still unemployed

I did, I put it on my resume but it still doesn't mean shit
Well fuck. How about you look into some apprenticeships that fit the field of whatever job you'd like?

I'm pretty certain that most apprenticeships don't require prior experience or even decent grades and shit.

Create fake jobs and lie

Don't use sites like indeed.com, they're nepotistic shitholes where only the unreasonably qualified make it for barely 25$/hr

What sites should I use?

The official "careers" section from the website of the company you're trying to work ofc, if you can keep it local when trying to find high paying jobs it's gonna be better for you, you're gonna have to do a little research of the job market and fields in your own city, once you get to land into the proper job of your field it's gonna be 5 times easier to switch companies out of your city/state.

15 year of experience is minimal. Once I got that most jobs started to hire me. College is sabotage.

Club management experience, numerous community service time, and perfected manner got me nothing in a year. Not even McDonalds wanted my ass :feelscry: .

Don't bother, why do you want to work anyways? Life is meaningless with or without work.

I thought McDonalds hired anyone with a pulse? Wtf

I got my job through my school, do you have a teacher that can hook you up? Bigger chance of getting hired because they are actually requesting recent graduates.

These days employers expect kids to have months or a year of experience under their belt, or where I live at least. I was 19 when I told the manager I got none. Bitch just looked at me like I'm just dead weight :feelsree:.

It's been over a year, it's prob too late now

Fake it till you make it. These jobs do not care about you or I, so add whatever you can to your resume. Ask online for people to be a reference if you have no friends willing to help. You can also list a company that went out of business recently as an employer and they have no real way of contacting them as the store and store phone are gone. If you really have to go the extra mile, you can pay someone that has extensive legit experience (10+ years in a field) and a strong academic background(Masters/PHD) to be a reference and even hire you just temporarily without a salary, so you can get pay stubs and other verifiable forms of employment.

Just say you're bi, and thank DEI

You're far from the only one.. We can't even follow the boomer trope of "get a jerb and muh bootstraps" even if we wanted to. Lol.

I managed to get a job last month and have been working there since. Try applying at McDonalds. They were the only mfs who were willing to take my sorry ass.

Getting a job is too much i cant handle it mentally, and even if i could i have no degree i have autism and 0 skills. I would be working minimum wage my entire life. How is that worth it? + being an incel

Non-binary works better, I would think. The gays used to be the majority protected class in discriminatory hiring practices, right after women, but now the mentally ill gender ideology weirdos have taken priority over them.

If they have a checkbox in their hiring application that asks if you identify as LGBT, say yes and specify non-binary. It nullifies the "straight White male" that works against you by default (assuming that's what you are).

Yup. Straight white male. The only democratic that it's legal to discriminate against

Its like wearing a wedding ring to fight off the fiends that think your gay Theory.

fake it till you make it. if they are stupid enough to take you without a proper background check you know you are right there.
