This is why I smoke weed, aside from the taste and the fact I love smoke and always did love fire and smoke, when I smoke a joint it makes me forget why I was angry and anxious. But the memories do come back even after I'm high, but for the first couple hours after smoking that first joint if the day, I dont worry about that shit.

I have PTSD from some brutal stuff that has happened to me too brocel. It got less frequent and way less severe with age, the first year I was seriously suicidal and could barely bear it, but it's been almost 5 years now and I'm doing better mentally with every passing year. I hope it gets better for you too
