I can't do any studying or hw without having something playing in the background like a podcast or yt channel. And sometimes even things I find fun like video gaem I sometimes can't play unless I got something in the background.

I think it's to make up for da loneliness and isolation. I haven't had """friends""" for years now and I barely talk to ppl so that's probably why.
