LDAR I cannot sleep

4:21 over here and I cannot sleep.
I cannot deal with this shit anymore.
I do not have my cats to lay on the bed with me since I am away from home and it is way too brutal for me right now.

No, I do not use TikTok. I usually rot on youtube until I am unable to keep my eyes open.

You may have ADHD, trouble falling asleep consistently is a symptom. What worked for me was listening to nature rain sounds while trying to fall asleep, makes me fall asleep within 20 minutes usually now, rather than having trouble falling asleep for over an hour before due to racing thoughts. You should try it.
