I don't have any mirrors at home, and I haven't looked at myself in the mirror since I baldmaxxed like half a year ago, and I make sure to actively avoid reflections from screens and glass surfaces.

Before I baldmaxxed i was forced to look at myself precisely once a day, to comb my hair, and I dreaded that moment every day.
