Discussion I Can Never Get a Full Night’s Sleep

And I do not want to depend on drugs in order to operate like a normal functioning human that’s stuck in the Cage. It’s either my overstimulated autistic mind piling random thoughts together that’s keeping me up, or just me remaining depressed about my KHHV status until i’m burnt out for the night, only to wake up early in the morning to remain burnt out. It’s like a mental hangover, but without any substance abuse.

I think the former would be much easier to “cure” than the latter.

I fall asleep between 8 and 9 pm and wake up between 4 and 5 am. Which is what I wanted, since my circadian rhythm is perfect and synchronized with the sun now, but I have nothing to do but doom scroll until 6 30 am so it gets boring.
