I am sorry about that — it's brutal. You should probably shave it if the thinning is very obvious, or perhaps consider getting medication for it, though I guess it won't matter anyway because of your face.

Side effects seem to be rare, depending on your current health as well, but I personally would not take medication if I started balding seriously, since my hair is clearly not enough to salvage my suboptimal bone structure; there is no sense in investing into something when you will remain a subhuman at the end of the day.

The first weeks I could only fap once a day. Now I can 2 or three times a day
