Last time I was tested I had 635 ng/dl and they tried to convince me that that’s normal, that was when I was a teen. That’s lower than many 30 year old men. And now that I’m in my 20s I bet it’s even lower.
That's actually normal tho I had less when I was younger but I was fat as hell and didn't sleep regularly
